Robert Ashmore began his career in 1987 as a handyman, taking care of houses and apartment buildings. He later moved on to fix and flip single-family homes, soon realizing that this was the slow road. Seeking to escape the rat race and get on the fast track, Robert embraced the philosophy that bigger is better and went all-in on multifamily cashflow investments.

Patricia Ashmore is a seasoned manager with over 30 years of diverse experience spanning healthcare, foster care case management, house flipping, and multifamily investments. She is passionate about her family and committed to supporting those with special needs. Known for her hardworking nature and single-minded determination when on a mission, Patricia is dedicated to maintaining high standards and upholding her strong beliefs.
